Record crowd at A+A Conference in DÜSSELDORF, Germany

More than 60,000 visitors attended this year’s A+A Congress and Exposition in Dusseldorf, Germany November 5-7.  1,600 companies exhibited at the event which has become a premier Safety, Security and Health show in Europe.

Among the companies displaying there was Skedco’s exclusive European distributor Felix Trading of Utrecht, Holland.  The company is owned by Joop and Marleen Hoogendijk.

Skedco’s Bud and Catherine Calkin and Andy Ma also attended this years expo in support of Felix Trading. “The Hoogendijk family and Skedco have been doing business for more than 20 years.  They’re really like family”, according to Bud and Catherine Calkin.  Felix Trading primarily sells the full line of Skedco products throughout Europe.

Skedco also was able to visit with Tom Nickel, Managing Director of Ropemen, one of Europe’s top rescue training companies.  Tom has supplied Skedco with many great photographs over the years.  The breath-taking photo included is of Tom training off a windmill.

Skedco would like to thank the many people they saw in Dusseldorf who are loyal Skedco friends and customers.
