Device is worn like a diaper. Wound shows exposed testicle, muscle, fat, hair, and artery. Bleeding can be stopped with hemostats, junctional tourniquets or packed with QuickClot ® Combat Gauze or similar. The exit wound also bleeds and is packable. Connects directly to the HydraSim® using a blood coupling insert.
